Speed and Dynamic Strength

Here is a quick lesson on athletic and speed training. Do it fast and do it often. Power sports are about speed strength and rate of power development, the only way to improve these aspects is to train these things quickly. Below is a quote from a Soviet coach that most likely studied the research of Dr. B and they probably knew each other and their training techniques. Also, loaded is a video of me doing bounce benches, this is probably the slowest movement we have in our training.
